Mindfulness is a huge topic, or not. It is really pretty simple. Stay present in this moment and stop being in the past or future. Pay attention to the now. Is that so hard? Well, for humans it is. We have the capability to remember the past and project into the future. We are so good at it that we are actually addicted to doing it, so much so, that we don’t even know that we are doing it. I am currently taking a course with Kain Ramsey, and another with Dr. Joe Dispenza, both have mindfulness goals and skills to present. As I gather those ideas, I will post them to this page. I have posted on them already, and just now am putting the page together. Not sure if anyone cares about page organization, but I am trying to be organized.
