Who am I?

  • The world looks at me and sees what shape I am, my hair, face and clothes, and thinks that is who I am.
  • I am not my body.
  • The world listens to my words, understands my thoughts, and thinks that is who I am.
  • I am not my mind.
  • The world sees my struggle, pain, joy and excitement, and thinks that is who I am.
  • I am not my emotions.
  • The world knows what I go after, what I strive for and want, and thinks that is who I am.
  • I am not my desires.
  • I am part of the world and think that I know who I am based on my body, my mind, my emotions and desires.
  • I am not those things.
  • Who am I?
  • It goes beyond what I am not. I am not those parts of me. I am not more than those parts of me. I am not the sum of the parts of me.
  • I am essence.
  • My essence is my soul, that is connected to every other soul and the divine energy of the universe.
  • I am at once no one, and everyone.
  • I am the soul that has a body, but I am not the body.
  • I am the soul that thinks the thoughts, but I am not my mind.
  • I am the soul that feels the emotions, but I am not my emotions.
  • I am the soul that has the desires, but I am not my desires.
  • I am the soul that experiences this life, but I am not this life.
  • I am at once, not life, more than life, and the sum of my lives.
  • I am no one, and everyone, and connected infinitely to the divine energy of the universe.
  • What is the essence of everything? That is my essence.
  • Love, peace, connection, compassion, experience
  • Who am I? I am the essence of myself, and of everything.
